The timeframe for analyzing the historical nature has been narrowed down from the earlier centuries to the current century. As a result of slavery, the adverse effects of slavery outweighs the positives ones, both onto the masters and their servants. Some of the effects include eradication of the traditional cultures, famine, and control of the agricultural lands by the warlord, increased warfare, and the rich getting richer, political instability, racism and population discriminations. Also, there were forceful evictions from homes, towns, and villages, and well as several deaths occurred.
