The above statistics also show that more than 20 million people are affected by the condition. Also, the schizophrenia spectrum of disorders refers to a group or a subfamily of conditions (Silverstein, Spaulding & Menditto, 2017). The term normally denotes the boundaries of schizophrenia, which are most times termed as indistinct. The term also includes the schizotypal traits as well as the other vulnerability that may not even meet the condition’s diagnostic criteria for the conditions. This paper utilizes the methodology of literature review to establish the development, progression, psychological symptoms and behavioral features of people who suffer from schizophrenia spectrum of disorders.
