The two gave a distinguished style of a practical leadership excellent in their best-selling book, The Leadership Challenge (1987). After researching personal experiences of leadership from people, the two created the Five Leadership Practices that view and claimed that good leadership is a process that is understandable and universal one. When modeling the way, leaders come up with ideologies regarding the approach in which individuals in the organization have to be handled as well as with the means to pursue the organization’s set goals. The first student agreeably states the reason why leaders should set an example for other people. By doing so, a leader is provided with credibility. On the practice of inspiring a shared vision, Kouzes and Posner recognize envisioning the way as well as enlisting others as the two primary approaches in which leaders can motivate a shared vision (Kouzes & Posner, 2017). It is agreeable with the first student that this practice enhances a culture of synchronicity as well as satisfaction in an organization.
