The company is based in Chicago and was formed by Boeing Airplane Company, Pratt and Whitney as United Aircraft and Transportation Corporation. However, in 1931, the developers established an operating division and transformed the name of the company to United Air Lines. The company was mainly formed to transport mail to various cities through the air. The company played a very significant role during the second world war since it trained the ground crew, modified airplanes for use as bombers and also, it transported mail, materials, and passengers in support of the war effort. United airlines are ranked as the fourth largest U.S carrier based on Revenue Passenger Mile. In March 2010. The company market share was 10.4%. The company earns its revenue mainly from its four segments, that is, the mainline, regional affiliate, cargo, and other sectors that involve obtaining from Mileage Plus. More than 6,000 outpatient and 10,000 inpatient surgeries were performed.As a means to build trust between the organization and the patients, you have been tasked with the drafting of a memorandum (memo) to all employees that perform patient intake functions. The focus of this Memo is to highlight the necessary forms that need to be completed during the intake/admissions process and an explanation as to why they are necessary. Often patients are handed a form to fill out, but do not receive a proper explanation as to why it is necessary for them to provide the required information. Without the proper information, patients, more now than ever, are hesitant to provide all of the necessary information. You will need to address the following components in your memo:Introduction: Explain why you are sending this memo. The patient’s vital signs are temperature 98.7°F, heart rate 92 bpm, respirations 28 breaths per minute, and blood pressure 138/72. The practitioner suspects the low hemoglobin level is related to the decline in kidney function and begins to address treatment related to the condition. Answer the following: Which test(s) should be performed to determine whether the anemia is related to chronic disease or iron deficiency, and what would those results show? Should the practitioner consider a blood transfusion for this patient? Explain your answer. Which medication(s) should be considered for this patient?
