Such an authorization card offers information to employees about the different promises that the union intends to accomplish for its members (Wagner, 2015). In any career or profession, there are many unions that are developed to campaign for the rights of the employees on major aspects within the economy and the industry at large. In such a scenario, there are several questions that I would ask the union supporter who wants me to sign the authorization card. The first question I would ask was what benefits I would receive if I were going to sign the authorization card. Before an individual joins or gets affiliated to a given labor union, it is imperative that they determine its purpose and how it would champion for the rights of the employee within the industry (Marot, 2010). If the labor union does not a champion for the rights of the employees in the manner in which I desire, I would not join it.
