The effect of arbitration board decision is to the effect of ruling in favor of employers. The
decision of arbitration had a finality provision in regard to the collective bargaining agreement.

conspiracy between union and employer in handling the case.in the event this claims hold water,
this will taint arbitration committee decision for fair representation. A union has a duty to fair
representation of employees andthis in effect did remove the bar of finality in relation to the
decision of the arbitration committee.
