Gradual evolution of laws like Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Equal Pay Act, American
Disability Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Health Insurance Portability and Affordability Act
and Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act has revolutionized the healthcare field. These
laws not only raised awareness of rights to employees and workers but this also boosted their
performance to improve the output of the system. Announcing equal rights of pay to disabled
individuals, eliminating sex and gender domination in wage rates, covering millions of families
by health insurance and installing medical awareness programs of the federal level are few of the
many steps by American governments. Educational standards have been raised higher and so the
freshly qualified doctors and other staffs are really contributing into medical researches and
treatments.
Checks and Balances in Separation of Power
American Constitution divides the government into three branches i.e. legislation, executive and
judiciary. All these branches have their authority defined but it is dependent on the authority of
