This is in relation to the fact that in the 2 groups, those who received the training and those who did not, a big majority of both attained better scores in the second test. There was a very small margin between the 2. The 2 groups consisted of a total of 15 employees each. After the training program was done, a total of 13 employees that received the training attained better scores in the test. Meaning that only 2 employees attained less scores than in the first test. Among the other 15 employees that did not receive the training, a total of 12 employees attained better scores in the second test and only 3 had less scores as compared to the initial test.
