Dynamical expansion of advancements in technologies have compelled and motivated the
organizations to build virtual teams all over the globe in order to reach maximum number of
clients and compete with the international standards of supply chain. Investment in the virtual
team development programs especially devising human resource policies, personality
development by conducting training sessions, educating about standard organizational
procedures, technological understanding and improvement in communication competence,
leadership qualities and cultural incorporation push the organizational economic and competence
growth to the highest level of quality products and clients. If virtual teams of a large scale
organization or a smaller business are built strategically correct after identification of settled
goals and evaluating risk factors, organizational success is maximized efficiently [Chuck Cohn

I worked with Solutions Inc. which is a multinational IT based software development company
originated in India in late 1990’s and after gripping the software solutions providing industry in
different cities of India, it expanded internationally and established its offices in America,
France, China and Spain. It was impossible to make employees sit in different cubicles and make
phone calls all over the world in order to communicate and coordinate in different projects. For
example, a client called from China asking about the deliverance and progress of his project and
the Indian person listening to the call had no command over Chinese language and Chinese by
coincidence knew Chinese only. The deal could not become successful due to lack in virtual
