Use of Cell Phones while Deriving and Related Regulations
Abstract
This study has been conducted for identifying the impact of the cell phone use while
driving and the current efforts and laws of the justice system and weaknesses of this justices
system and also suggesting some changes and improvements in that system. There is a problem
in the United States and the other countries that the number of road accidents caused by the
distraction of the drivers from the road because of the use of cell is increasing even if there are
some laws and fines that are implicated on the drivers using cell phones while driving. The
solution for this problem could be the implementation of the imprisonment along with the heavy
fines for the cell phone use while driving.
Problem Statement
There is a problem in the United States and the other countries that the number of road
accidents caused by the distraction of the drivers from the road because of the use of cell is
increasing even if there are some laws and fines that are implicated on the drivers using cell
phones while driving. There is a need to stop these accidents by stopping the use of cell phone
on the road. The purpose of this paper is to find out the impacts cell phone use while driving,
current regulations and justice system for these issues and also suggest some improvements in
the current justice system relating to the cell phone use while driving.
Cell Phone Accidents happen when the drivers make use of their mobile and handheld
devices despite the fact that they are driving, this results in the distraction which leads to an
accident. Numerous states and nations have employed laws restricting or banning the usage of
