These aspects are important in ensuring that the goals of the company are met as well as employee satisfaction. In evaluating the compensation packages, I would have to consider factors like the employees’ perspective (Milhaupt 2017). It is very important to ensure that the compensation provided is fair to all workers. This is by ensuring the amount provided is sufficient and convenient for them to work in their respective countries. It is also important to consider whether the salaries are higher or lower depending on the nation. For instance, surgeons are paid $537,000 higher than in Hawaii where they are paid $250,000 according to Med cape Physical report in 2011. Such a great difference is because of the cost of living in these nations. Generally, the economy of nations vary, which in turn determines the cost of living (Beirne & Wilson 2016).
