As we have seen in p4 that there are three procedures to promote health and safety of the

team players; Risk assessment, first Aid and Emergency procedures. These three procedures are

very important to us in real life. These are not just important in sports. We can say these

procedures are important in every field of life [Prezi (2014)].

Risk Assessment

There is assessment of risk in every work of life. Let’s say there is ABC Company and

you are interested to take shares of that company. If you are a man of ordinary prudence, you

would not take the shares without proper investigation of that company. You will need proper

financial statements of last five years as well as future forecasted Financial Statements. To make

these forecasted statements, accountants in company assess the risk and see what is going to

happen in future on present knowledge [Prezi (2014)].

Same is the case of football where coaches and managers of team assess future risk in

certain ways; Where first of all we analyze that what are the risks and what kind of risk could be

seen her. Once the question of WHAT is found then we can move forward to analyze the next

question. Next question is WHY. In these analyses we see the reasons of conflicts and problems.

And then make sure that these problems are being solved through imaginations and observations.

Once the reasons are found then we see the make analyses on allocation of different resources.

That is an important stage and most crucial stage. For this you have to calculate the cost and

analyze how much of such resources are required on some point. And then we make analyses

that after observations and planning, when to implement these strategies. We see the contacts and

ask experts for suggestions and then we implement the strategy for all our aspects [Prezi (2014)].
