1. What recipe will you send to Alice?
The recipe I will help Alice with is how to make one of the easiest pastas to cook, which
is a creamy carbonara. This recipe only includes a few ingredients and can be understood
easily if there are steps to follow.
2. Why will you recommend this recipe for Alice?
I will recommend this recipe for Alice because making creamy carbonara for dinner is
not as complicated as creating dishes such as a seafood platter or something like paella.
Moreover, the equipment and ingredients for this recipe are usually just the basics of
what you need in the kitchen - a pan, a pot, some bowls, utensils, cheese, cream, pasta,
bacon, etc. Since she is not used to cooking, this would be an easy task for her mainly
because she just needs to do some boiling, frying, and a bit of mixing; making carbonara
is also convenient and fast, about 1-2 hours at max.
3. Name one step or aspect of the recipe that you think Alice will find challenging.
When I think of Alice, I think of cluelessness in cooking based on the description. There
is no doubt that there are some aspects that she would find challenging, but one of my
main concerns in this recipe is the step where she needs to separate the egg white from its
yolk. As a person who loves to cook and knows their way around the kitchen, I still
sometimes mess up with separating egg yolks from the egg whites, so this might be
something that's challenging for her - not because she lacks experience in cooking, but
rather it's a slightly hard task.

4. Are there any warnings or statements of caution that you think you will have to mention to
Alice? What are they?
Making pasta doesn't need many precautionary measures, but it is always better to be safe
when cooking. I think the only warnings or statements I need to mention are everything
that is in line with her accidentally getting herself burnt. In my recipe, I plan to suggest
Alice to use oven gloves or a thick fabric for when she's mixing or transferring
ingredients in a separate bowl.
