Their model involves four simple steps that include joining to become a member, reserving the car using any wireless gadget such as a phone or laptop, using your card to unlock the car and driving the car for hours or for a day. It gives the customers freedom for self-service transportation without the need to own a car. This innovative way of car sharing reduces the number of cars on the road and that leads to less pollution (Pearson, 2017).
