The topic I have chosen for my final project is the lack of business strategy that most companies face. Absence of a strategy is the point at which a business has no guide to follow or allude to while chasing after amazing opportunities and running day to day tasks. A business can confront extreme outcomes when it lacks business strategy. Without a reasonable strategy, your organization doesn't have recognizable business goals. Your organization misses to accomplish corporate objectives and foster plans that will push the growth of the organization ahead. In my final report I’ll be going into depth of this problem by breaking business strategy into fewer sections describing - Designing Systems and Processes, Lack of Direction/Vision, Keeping Up with Market Transformations, Balancing Quality and Growth and much more which will help companies construct a solid business strategy that can help them with the rapid change in business environment.
