Yes, I have tried this technique a couple of times before. 2. What was your mental, emotional, and/or physical state before we started the exercise? Before we started the exercise I wasn’t sure what to expect more so, when it was requested that we sit erect in order to begin. I may have been nervous and unsure of the exercise in the beginning. However, when the breathing techniques were integrated I became more at ease as I was able to comprehend where the exercise was headed so I was more at ease at that point. 3. What was your mental, emotional, and/or physical state during the exercise? During the exercise, I became more aware of my surroundings and I started to realize just how blind people are able to concentrate on their heightened senses to comprehend the scope of the world around them. As I became more aware of my feelings as well I began to feel lighter in the sense that some weight was being lifted off of me. 4.
