ABSTRACT
The research paper aims to give a concise explanation of organizational dexterity. It is
important to note that this tool should never go unnoticed in the business world. The paper
will start from giving a brief introduction into the background of organizational dexterity
where the concept of the term will be discussed in detail. The key focus will be on the
definition of organizational dexterity where the concept of the term will be discussed in detail.
The key focus areas will be on the definition of organizational dexterity, as well as the
concept of innovation, then we look at the rationale for the research which will focus on the
aims of the research and the benefit it will give. Furthermore, the objectives and scope of the
research will be looked into which will involve two opposite nature of organizational
dexterity, that is Centralization, Decentralization, Exploration, Exploitation, Incremental and
Radical Innovation.
