The purpose of this research in to understand the financial characteristics of the
healthcare organization while emphasizing the importance of human resource/s. Delivering the
promise of “Quality of Care” is the fundamental principle within our Healthcare Industry,
including their practicing ideologies, yet, financing, considered as the preemptive cornerstone of
many practices, can hinder the delivery of care.. For example, healthcare administrators across
the United States have faced financial management struggles; leading to a wealth of problematic
concerns relating to product and service delivery (Melissa A. Morley, 2013, pp. 24-28). Financial
characteristics for any organization, profit or non-profit include managing financial cost,
managing/increasing revenues, and employing knowledgeable human resourcing staff members.
