This aggressive behavior normally tends to be harmful, intimidating, or destructive, and it is driven by frustration thereby affecting lives of several children as evidenced by the horrific stories, which propagate the media. For instance, there is random shooting in learning institutions that is accompanied by damaging properties and acts of violence when they are frustrated beyond control (Fiske, 2014). However, there are several factors, which need to be consider in order to reduce and ideally eliminate this aggressive behavior among Colleges’ students. Therefore, this paper highlights the review of Stanford Prison Experiment. It also discusses two potential situational factors that influenced aggressive behavior as demonstrated in the Stanford Prison Experiment. A detailed explanation of two potential personal factors, which may have influenced aggressive behavior will also be thoroughly discussed. Finally, this paper will systematically illustrate two ways on how the aggressive behavior might be prevented based on current social psychology literature.
