Overview
Legitima is a creative agency based in Sydney that handled various marketing services for its
clients. The agency uses a combination of functional structure and project-based structure.
The purpose of the combined structure is to ensure that the agency is heading in the right
direction through tight planning, controlling, organizing, and monitoring, and at the same
time ensure the projects run successfully.
Organisation Structure at Legitima:
At Legitima, the projects are carried out by the assigned project team consist of the project
lead and its members. Due to the variety of the projects, the team may require different roles
such as strategist, graphic designer, video editor, or content writers depending on the
project’s necessity. It is very likely for these team members to have multiple ongoing projects
at the same time and reports to possibly different project lead.
The project leads themselves are assigned by the Head of Business Operations with the
approval of the Head of Finance. Typically, a project lead only handled not more than 3
projects at the same time.
The most important needs of the organisation are ensuring the projects able to carry out

projects.
Managing the Work Environment and Facilities.
This code outlines the process to manage risks that come within the workplace,
particularly it's working environment and facilities. A systematic process needs to be
carried out to result in effecting risk managing and minimize the downside of the risks
within the circumstances of the working environment and the use of its facilities.
Work Health and Safety Consultation, Cooperation, and Coordination.
It is a legal requirement to provide consultation to the employees about the importance
of managing health and safety risks. A well-executed health and safety consultation may
give these benefits for the organisation:
- Greater awareness and commitment; and
- Positive working relationship.
These are results of a safe workplace from the cooperation between the duty holders, the
people who manage the works, and the people who carry out the works.
First Aid in the Workplace.
The requirements are depending on the situation regarding the workplace itself. Several
factors to be considered are the nature of the work, the types of hazards, and the number
of people. This particular code of practices will outline the approaches available to use to
provide first aid assistance based on the workplace situation including the detailed
information to conduct the appropriate procedures.
How to Manage Work Health and Safety Risks.
This code of practice outlines the risk management approach that needs to be taken if
there is an ongoing process over the time that occurs any effect to the usual work
activities. This particular code of practice has high relevance towards the service-based
business model due to the nature of the works carried out.
