1. Describe how the patient care you have provided has influenced your career and your decision to continue your education? How do you see yourself contributing to the nursing profession? When I was growing up as a kid I saw my dad hospitalized after being diagnosed with lung cancer. It was a tragic moment in the family and since am the eldest in the family I would sometimes go to hospital to keep him company. I saw the type of care he was given while he was in the ward and to me it was not desirable.
