Introduction

Entrepreneurs have an essential role in society, particularly in the corporate sphere. In

general, an entrepreneur is ready to launch a new endeavour despite all of the dangers involved.

Successful entrepreneurs are those who can profit from the risks they made while beginning their

company. Not everyone is born with the desire to start a business. Some people are content with

their current jobs and will not go out to create new enterprises. Alessandra Bianchi (1993) supports

this philosophy by stating that people possess nine traits that may lead them along the route of

entrepreneurship. Jeff Bezos is one of the most entrepreneurs of our day, and he, predictably,

comes into Bianchi's category of persons.

Bezos is the company's founder and executive chairman, having originally served as the

company's chairman, president, and CEO. According to Forbes and Bloomberg's Billionaires

Index, he is the world's richest person, with a net worth of over $200 billion as of August 2021.

Today, though, as he expands his engagement in his multimedia and space endeavours, Bezos

establishes himself as a force to be reckoned with outside of Amazon. It has compelled him to

improve as a leader. Jeff Bezos is a well-known philanthropist who started Amazon, a Publicly

listed business, in his garage (Furgang et al., 2018). Through this process, Bezos' leadership

qualities enabled him to lead a group of people on a journey that ended in creating one of the

world's top ten most excellent valuable companies. “Today, it's not a hub-and-spoke linking to

[Bezos],“ said Patty Stonesifer, an Amazon executive for 19 years. He's evolved into a terrific

leader of leaders.”

Jeff Bezos exemplifies social boldness by being assertive and impulsive in social situations.
