The highest strength on managing time since the average patient wait time is 13 minutes which is two minutes less than the average wait time. The current performance on time and the hospital goal does not very much thus making it more satisfactory than any other area. The hospital should develop a charter that indicates the minutes used for each of the activity and ensures that every member of the organization adheres to the charter (Farley, et. al, 2014). Patient satisfaction weakness One of the satisfaction weaknesses is the overall patient satisfaction with the doctors. It seems as if the patient still have issues with the hospital's human resource despite the high satisfaction with the entire hospital.
