Summary
Each Index, Registry, and/or database will be purposeful design to store a certain piece of
patient data. Although all will have identifiable patient information, records will indicate
specialized evaluation assessments. From current information, to potential conditions, and the
storage of resentful finding is some common reason for developing these information databases.
Each may ultimately have a generalized function, however, its value is within the accumulation
of records that can be retrieved and utilized for projected conditions and treatments.
