The management including Jessica Perez; manager receives comprehensive training on how to supervise the developmentally challenged employees (DuBrin, 2013). The supervisors should understand how to treat new employees while working together. The supervisors have been encouraging the developmentally challenged employees and provide adequate and clear instructions.
