Introduction
Qualitative research focuses on exploring and understanding the group or individual’s
meaning or what they think about human or social problems. Qualitative research is used to
collect non-numerical data through various methods. Qualitative research usually focuses on
answering detailed questions mostly through open-ended questions since they need to be more
detailed. Qualitative research explains why and how something is happening and does not have
to assess the and how it is happening. The essay focuses on assessing the characteristics, and
