What’s more, there has been a surge in the number of motor vehicle accidents involving passengers and pedestrians particularly in the Southern American region that recorded a 14% increase. NHTSA also coded that the demographic that is most impacted by reckless driving include young drivers, passenger vehicles and large tracks. However, the introduction of driverless cars is projected to result in at least 75% reduction in the number of road accidents.
