Levels of morale Morale of the employees at a workplace is influenced by the leadership skills set by the leaders in the organization. The attitude or, morale of a leader determines how positive the workers take up their job and also has a significant influence on the organization's productivity (Bowles and Cooper, 2009). Being a leader in the workplace, I am positive towards my juniors, and this has helped me in attaining high levels of morale. Having high levels of morale has helped my employees to follow my steps, and the organization is doing well. For a leader to keep high morale and performance in an organization, he or she must ensure that the following steps are followed. 1. High morale starts with the leader The leader should be the role model to the employees by showing high levels of morale. In case the manager has real confidence toward the job at hand, the employees find a way to operate positively. The manager should avoid spreading negative information about his organization and give full support to the employees.
