From my analysis of the Time Management Tracking Table, I realize I have some issues
concerning proper time management. Managing my social, personal, work, and family responsi-
bilities is always a tasking affair, sometimes creating stress and depriving me of much-needed
self-care. In response, I intend to rely on family and friends to assist in sharing chores and offer
moral support. Also, time management techniques like calendars and lists will be used to im-
prove the time management of the tasks. I will also create operational constraints to avoid over-
working and give time for some fun activities. Thus, I plan to take full personal responsibility for
my schedule and seek help from professionals to balance my schedule, which will help me be
more productive and pay attention to my health and well-being.
