It is advised that for efficiency and quality performance in an organization, all employees should strive to acquire these three traits of a good employee. They should endeavor to demonstrate good characteristics of a motivated employee, show good leadership behavior, and embrace teamwork. In order to achieve these, an organizational leadership should equally exhibit and exercise effective transformational leadership (Hassan and Fuwad, 2013). The objective of this article is to analyze the effective teamwork dynamics with regard to motivation, teamwork, leadership and conflict resolution in an organization in relation to a given case study.
