The hospital is under-staffed and claims that the current employees should be flexible to work overtime and also on holidays. Jane feels that these policies are not fair and just since she does not spend quality time with her family and the hospital does not give them stipends for the extra time they work in the hospital. Jane says that the hospital implemented the decision to manage the economic costs. However, this decision has impacted the lives of the workers negatively.
