We select McDonalds as the corporate organization of United States. They serve lots of
people since 1954 and provide them various testy products of fast food beverages. In fact
McDonalds has a live history with various favorite foods of their loyal customers such as
nuggets, fries, hamburger, and many many more. They promised to their customers that they
provide them heart set of fast food to their customers. It is originated in California, and serves
their customers the most recognized and respected brands of the world of fast food world. Now
till today they established more than 30,000 franchises in 119 countries of the world. It is the
great achievement in the market of fast food (Our History, 2014).
Business-level strategies for long term success of McDonalds:
Business structure of McDonalds is based on the geographic structure of business. You
have the opportunity of online by the help of McDonald’s website, just choose your country.
McDonald’s divides its all operational activities in to five major geographical divisions. As per
statistical calculation of McDonalds near about 65% restaurants generate revenue 75% only from
America and Europe. One of the most important strategic approaches for maintaining the most
enhancing and innovative leading position of McDonalds in their major market while to expand
their business in the other fast food emerging market to improve and enhance the value of
McDonalds (Fetehi, K. 1996).
They even know that every country have different taste and other food requirements, so
their each functional geographic unit of McDonalds to produce products as per their region. So
on this view we can say that McDonalds did not only satisfy their local customers’ needs while
also satisfy their different geographical areas consumers food needs. The market of McDonalds

is based on different areas and also serves their products in different prices and taste too. as per
the words of vice chairman of McDonalds “if you are looking for a command center with one
push operate our restaurant in every corner of the world.” (Fetehi, K. 1996)
In fact there philosophy of quality is based on services, cleanliness and values in same
everywhere. Their target is similar consumer segments that may need fast service and most
affordable price by their price and good and health standards of hygiene. But there major
products are similar in most of the countries; their services are covered in various kind of meat
like beef, chicken, bread potatoes and milk. McDonalds are keeping launching new fast food
products in their menu and to satisfy and tie your regional customers by these new products
(Fetehi, K. 1996).
