In the reading exercise, I discovered several vital lessons that are worth consideration.

One of the lessons learned is the way of undertaking business internationally. The emergence of

the global market and the atmosphere for foreign commerce is now more favorable than in

earlier years from a plethora of diverse national needs. In different societies around the world,

mass communication and high technology have developed comparable consumption patterns

(David and David, 2017). As a result, many businesses may struggle to survive if they rely

entirely on home markets. Since the practice of carrying out business a cross the global it

requires making of strategic decisions according to the firm's overall profitability instead of

always having domestic considerations (David and David, 2017). A global strategy aims to

address clients' needs worldwide at the best possible price. This could entail situating operations

in states with cheap labor costs, numerous natural wealth, significant development and

complicated production facilities with experienced researchers and technologists, and locating

promotional strategies for serving the consumers. As a project manager, it will help to have a

global approach that involves creating, manufacturing, and selling commodities in line with

international requirements instead of focusing on specific local market. With a business strategy,

I will be able to incorporate anti-competitive tactics into a global approach.
