The material in chapter 9 discussed the violations of the law how it results in the complains that mostly relate to performance evaluation of employees. This paper discusses the strategy that the HR management in any organization may implement with the aim of reducing the complaints by employees. The HR can implement and bring into use the 360 degrees feedback.
