Organizational theory deals with the study of organizations which solve their problems to
increase their efficiency and productivity in the market. The following factors play an important
role in the success of any organization.
People
Money
Change
Technology
Time
Let us discuss each factor one by one.
People
There is no successful organization without its people success, I mean that the leaders must listen
or consider the people’s opinion in the organization, that’s the new way of leadership. Motivation
is a very important aspect of any business in which we get input from people or resources to get
high level of output. The top management should consider different issues faced by employees
within organization such as bonus, salaries or other benefits. If an employee gets motivation
continuously, he/she will produce more results by providing innovative ideas to excel the
business. The motivated people always try to do job in better way to provide quality work in
time. If an employee has deficiency, it can be minimized by arranging training stuff for that
employee. In this way, the employee gets more knowledge in the relevant field. It is
responsibility of human resources department to create a work environment to utilize the people
and resources in an efficient way. The needs of people vary from organization to organization but
basically they want the following needs to be fulfilled.
