teams; thus, there are increased unethical behaviors. Scandals within college football can impact
the football team; therefore, the NCAA has taken drastic steps to ensure that these college football
scandals are appropriately handled to prevent future effects.
There exist self-imposed sanctions and a reduction of scholarship to prevent unethical
behaviors. NCAA emphasizes honesty, wagering, withholding information, and fraud as examples
of unethical behaviors. These misconducts could affect the reputation of the organization. When
stakeholders are involved in wrongdoing, there exists discrimination and unfairness that affects
the players' performance; this can cause loss to the organization. Similarly, these issues are costlier
to the organization than bending to rules. Also, these issues cause a significant conflict of interest
and criticism of the school where the scandal occurred. Officials should report crimes of sexual
assault without covering up for the perpetrators; these will help prevent the continuation of such
unethical behaviors.
Several people are responsible for unethical behaviors in college football; those involved
include stakeholders who take part in these crimes because they are affluent. The coaches are also
affected when they show unfairness and inequality when handling players. Other football
administrations could also get involved when they try to cover up for these crimes. Finally, players
