Introduction
We use social media on a daily basis and spend a significant amount of time on it. As a
result, it is essential to have a fundamental understanding of the benefits and drawbacks of
utilizing social media. The materials in this bibliography are all about how social media affects
our daily lives and try to show both the benefits and drawbacks of using it. Each of the sources is
related to social media and examines the impact of social media on our daily life from many
angles. A search of the significant online academic databases, online archive resources, and
Google Scholar searches turned up academic literature on social media usage and problems. The
papers were evaluated based on their relevance to the subject, the breadth and context of the
study conducted, and the authors' competence and authority. The bibliography's sources have all
been determined to be trustworthy and genuine. The information provided in the following
sources is well-balanced. It is undeniable that social media has aided individuals in
communicating with people all over the globe, staying in contact with loved ones, providing
them with information and entertainment, and providing them with a variety of other benefits.
However, there are certain drawbacks to utilizing social media that few people consider. It is
essential to present arguments from both sides of the aisle while writing a research essay. As a
result, this bibliography has included materials that discuss both the good and bad elements of

Agozzino, Alisa, and Candace Kaiser. "Social Media as a Practical Approach in Engaging Key
Stakeholders in School Crisis Communication Plans: A Qualitative Analysis." Journal of

This study looks at public relations and commercial communication techniques
from a public relations viewpoint. According to the findings, interacting with customers
on social media, particularly Facebook, is critical to establishing a brand. The research
adds a new dimension to the use of social media to execute marketing plans. It requires
critical stakeholders in an organization to declare that audiences are essential to the
company's success. The research looked at how school public relations professionals
created, executed, and updated communication crisis plans to involve all relevant
stakeholders properly. There were two hypotheses and four research questions. Members
of a state school public relations organization were invited to engage in in-depth
interviews about crisis management strategies and how they have changed due to social
media. While social media was utilized, the results showed that it had not supplanted
conventional methods. However, social media has introduced a new dynamic in engaging
target audiences since key stakeholders demanded faster information, particularly during
