The majority of building plan applications and drawing plans are submitted on paper. Manual
processes such as inspection, approval, and rejection are used. The Plan Approval System entails
a longer processing time, more mistakes and variation in assessment, as well as more costs and
resources. Furthermore, with a manual procedure in place, people and department employees will
have a difficult time monitoring their progress. Apart from the aforementioned obstacles, the
