T1 School locale (urbanicity) variable reports subject location of the high schools which are town, suburb, city, and, rural. This variable is categorized as nominal scale level of measurement. This is a classification variable that indicates the group to which each subject belongs. It does not provide any quantitative information about the subject. S2mhomewrk variable is an interval-ratio or scale level of measurement. It does have quantitative meaning such as means, standard deviation and variance.
