Running Head: STRESS MANAGEMENT GOALS Stress Management Goals Name Institutional Affiliation 1 STRESS MANAGEMENT GOALS 2 Having a SMART goal will be helpful in managing my stress. The goals are going to be Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, and Time-based. My stress management techniques include exercising for at least 30 minutes by taking a walk for six days weekly. I also intend to sleep for 7-8 hours daily and preferably sleep between 10 and 11 pm every night. I plan on meditating on a daily basis on waking up and before going to sleep. I plan on forgiving those who wrong me, choosing to let go of circumstances I may overthink if I choose to hold onto them (Alban, n.d.). With a calm mind over the next coming months I’m hoping I could achieve my goal of learning to manage my expenses by saving more. I’m also putting forth my goal that in the coming months I’ll be able to help others achieve stability in my workplace by providing leadership qualities to them.
