Running head: TITLE OF THE PAPER Title of the Paper Name of student Course Date 1 Title of the Research 2 Abstract In this paper, it will focus on Baltimore City where there have been various educational gaps that fail to maximize quality education. To be specific, it will focus on the gap between why girls in Baltimore City do not receive a quality education as compared to the male gender. The main objective is an improvement of female gender education GPA which have been very low due to some factors like drug abuse, gender bias, school systems structure and education environment. The research will enhance the technological information systems to create awareness and come up with strategic plans to successfully fill the gap of female education in Baltimore Education system. The research will focus on the knowledge of visualization network that has 12 nodes. There are many high schools in Baltimore city, but the research investigating about12 high schools. Each school will represent a node that will be contained a large amount of information and databases about the schools like (principle, tenure, grade, address, location, etc.).
