Many employee recruiting sources are available that helps in hiring the best employees. Some of the sources are focused advertising; the recruiting company should focus on where to place its ads and also focus on creating an ad that is going to attract the right kind of people. Another source of recruitment is through employee referral, this is one of the best sources, you can encourage the existing employee to recommend names of the candidate they think will be suitable for the post (Phillips, & Gully, 2015).
