Usually, my day-to-day intake of nutrients will vary. This means that I do not have a constant measure of the nutrient type entering my body. Nevertheless, from my perspective, I have a high intake of carbohydrates and proteins. Also, I have a high intake of processed foods, for instance, breakfast cereal, sausages, coffee, and chicken burgers. Moreover, I occasionally eat apples and oranges. Judging from that, it seems that my diet is far from being balanced and hence my intake of nutrients is not healthy. Assess how your values compare to the target values. Notably, poor dietary intake has been labeled as one of the risk factors for most of the chronic diseases. Hence, from what has been being listed above, it would seem that I have a high intake of carbohydrates, processed sugars, and processed proteins.
