Student assessment is a learning technique enshrined under pedagogical practices as a
fundamental principle that which is aimed towards enhancing a learner’s perception of the
knowledge inculcated. It evaluates the progress of both students and instructors in their day to
day activities thereby presenting distinguished facets under which scholarly edicts can establish
relevant importance in their execution. For instance, from the angle of a student or learner,
evaluation of the grasped knowledge should be redolent of the relative knowledge or content
dispensed by instructors throughout the entire learning period which offers a unique matrix that
eventually verifies the learners’ understanding and efficacy of the teaching model. However,
what is tested or not doesn’t fall under the precepts of a student’s discretion and as such, course
instructors, teachers and examining bodies try to come up with suitable evaluation criteria under
which exams could be formulated. This is done through assessment of the accepted adoptive
teaching practices and their impacts on the targeted group. Therefore, this paper’s purpose is to
address adoptable approaches which tutors, teachers or course instructors can implement with the
aim of understanding their efficacies through the bias of standardized tests as one of the
technique which teaching achieves its objective.
There are various factors which influence the success of a teaching evaluation model.
However key among these influences is psychologically oriented and offers insight into elements
or attitudes which teachers can read and interpret from their students as a form of teaching
technique that consequently leverage the efficiency of their use. For this reason, it is the most
fundamental aspect which teachers, course instructors and tutors acclaim to its importance as a
key method through which learning and evaluation takes place (Suskie, 2018).
A stratified outlook into the psychological and physiological aspects contributes
immensely towards primary teaching strategies which teachers implement in their own line of
