Surname 1 Name Instructor Course Date My First Phone There is hardly a time that I felt more excited as when I walked into a Samsung shop to get my first phone. At that moment, I did not know how to use a smartphone, nor did I have any idea on how the device would change my life in unexpected ways. First off, that time the smartphone technology was not as widespread as it is today. Of course I considered myself to be a little behind time since most of my friends had already acquired a smartphone and were enjoying each and every interesting feature that the devices had. Without a doubt, my first phone changed my social life, thinking, working, and many other aspects of my social life. If there is one aspect of my life that has changed as a result of the acquisition of a mobile phone is my interactions and relationships with others. Before securing the smartphone, I used to plead with my friends to help me with their gadgets to at least call my family home. There is nothing as challenging as relying on borrowed services- sometimes the owners even think that you do not know how to use a smartphone, thus the likelihood of being denied the opportunity is very high. Moreover, one can never be free with that which does not belong to them. Nonetheless, all this changed when I acquired my Samsung Galaxy. If you are going to use outside sources, be sure to either quote or paraphrase them, and to use both internal and reference page citations.
