One of the ways of handling project changes is through accepting the fact that changes happen and they can take place at any point in the project’s lifecycle (Metre, 2016). The best way to ensure a smooth adaptation to the change is through is to understand that it is going to happen and be prepared for it. Part of dealing with the changes in a project involves having strategies in place so that everyone in the project is still onboard when the changes happen.
