Do you believe using the visualizations described in this paper would help your students? Why or why not? Visualization is a way of communication through the use images, diagrams, and animations. This technique I believe can be very beneficial to students. Students acquire greater understanding when visualizations are used rather than when other forms of communication are employed. Just like Casperson and Linn, (2006) explains their students got more understanding of electrostatics more after the visualizations were introduced. Just like in their case visualizations will help my students to link the representation to the class topics and eventuality will enable them to convert their ideas into narratives. It is through visualization that students can generate explanations based on their interpretation of graphics and images.
