In the previous submission, the primary focus was developing a recommended practice
intervention to promote health for patients diagnosed with high blood pressure. Hypertension has
been a major health concern for the country and the existing healthcare systems. It affects
individuals, families, and communities from a social and economic dimension. This condition
has presented a major burden to the country since patients require significant attention and
medication resources. This trend may undermine the overall ability to support other diseases and
economic areas. Therefore, the primary stakeholders must determine the best interventions that
will likely produce better outcomes while promoting patient satisfaction and awareness. This
section will address the impact of technologies on the selected patient and problem while
understanding care coordination processes. Further, this section will outline the prevailing
policies linked with healthcare technologies and their effects on patient care delivery processes.
This project will also document the lessons learned through the interactions with the patient on
the condition mentioned above in the second part.

Technological advancements have helped many sectors of the economy to boost their
performance. The healthcare sector has witnessed significant changes and developments. These
