Community Identifications Peru community within the coastal region of the nation is relevant to medical anthropology in some ways. The people within the region used to treat illnesses using curanderos medical plant. The application of the plant has been regular in the country for treating many sicknesses. Since then, there has been a belief within the individuals living north of Peru that medicinal plants are the best in treating many illnesses. Their contribution to the medical anthropology is that it made the native communities have beliefs about health and how body systems function which to date formed part of the anthropologists’ research. The Marshall Island occupy west-central Pacific which is south and west of Hawaii. They were very united in their doings and are a significant community in the medical anthropology sector. They had local therapeutic practitioners who oversaw birth processes and treated diseases. The community is known for their system of ‘American-style’ medicine in urban infirmaries and local health clinics. They established fitness centers mostly relying on overseas doctors, but Marshallese medics begun assisting local medicinal officers in various clinics and showed their massive culture in treating ailments. The Comanche community originates from America which is the present-day New Mexico, northwest of Texas, and south-east of Colorado.
