Its main objective is to maximize employees' performance as they work to accomplish goals set for them by their employer. Criminal Justice, on the other hand, is a method of delivering justice to society by ensuring that all those who break the law are reprimanded through the judicial system while ensuring that this is done in accordance with the criminals’ rights. The system that enables this to happen consists of three arms. The first is that which enforces the law and includes the police, FBI and other law officers (Swanson, Territo, & Taylor, 2016). The second is the courts which involve professionals such as judges, attorney's advocates, and the sort. Finally, we have the corrections arm that entails the facilities and systems that are used to correct law offenders. HRM in criminal justice organizations is used to maximize the efficiency of the process of upholding and taking law offenders through the justice delivery system (Reiche, Mendenhall, & Stahl, 2016).
